The Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) World Championship is a global competition that tests the skills of Microsoft Office users in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The competition is open to students aged 13 to 22 years old and is designed to promote digital literacy and competency in Microsoft Office tools. Participants compete at the national level, and winners advance to the global championship, where they compete against students from around the world for the title of MOS World Champion. The competition is organized by Certiport, a Pearson VUE business, and Deep IT & Educational Consultancy, a leading IT training and international certification provider. The consultancy was the national program organizer and national partner of the Microsoft Office Specialist World Championship in Nepal. The consultancy played a key role in representing Nepal in the competition and helping students showcase their skills on a global stage.
